When approaching from the east (Manchester, Leeds etc) follow the M62 and exit at junction 6. The airport is clearly signposted from junction 6 of the M62, and the airport is situated close to the A561.

Passengers approaching from the south and midlands should use the M6, which passes close to the airport.

When travelling from Liverpool city centre, follow the A5036 before turning onto the A561 and following the airport signs.

There is a pick-up/set-down point in the short-stay car park which is located just in front of the terminal building. Prices for both long and short-stay parking start at £2.30 for up to an hour.

Long stay parking is the best option for visitors wishing to park their car for over 6 hours.

While it is possible to just turn up for parking, it is advisable to book long-stay parking in advance to ensure availability and take advantage of advance booking offers.
